3. Posting Ads & Transactions

SastiMarket acts only as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, and we do not guarantee any transaction will be successful. All payments, shipping and delivery arrangements are solely between users. You agree to use caution when dealing with other users and understand the risks.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree you will not use the Service to:

• violate any local, national or international law;
• post or transmit spam, phishing or unsolicited marketing;
• infringe any intellectual property rights;
• misrepresent your identity or your business;
• manipulate rankings or ads;

5. Fees & Payments

If we offer paid features (e.g., “Featured Ads”, membership packages) you agree to pay all applicable fees in effect when you order the feature. The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SastiMarket disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. In no event shall SastiMarket, its officers, directors, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) or Rs. 0.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SastiMarket and its affiliates from any claim, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third-party.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
